We place a high value on celebrating the uniqueness and diversity of our academies and aim to harness best practice through collaboration. We want our academies and the children they serve to achieve more, do better and go on to brighter futures than would be the case outside of the TLET family.
Central to our success is recognising that we are stronger together and, it is through collaboration, that we are more than the sum of our parts.
The TLET Central Team provide expertise in strategic leadership, finance, estates, business operations, SEND, HR, marketing and PR, legal and IT to our academies with the intention of making it easier for others to do their job. Our Central Team work in partnership with our academy leaders to ensure that support is tailored to the needs of each academy.
We are proud of TLET’s Education Improvement Service, which provides a strategic approach to improving pupil and student outcomes through Initial Teacher Training and recruitment, professional development and training, peer and external validation, quality assurance, school-to-school support and talent management – giving academy leaders the tools they need to innovate and impact change.
