We are delighted to announce that a brand new secondary school is to be built in the new neighbourhood of Houlton, on the site of the former Rugby Radio Station which many of you may know as the “mast site”.

Through a funding deal agreed between Urban&Civic, who are leading the 1,200 acre development on the eastern edge of Rugby, and the Department for Education, the secondary school at Houlton, which will be part of TLET, is anticipated to open in September 2021.

The school currently has outline planning permission and will be accessed by a new road that is being constructed by 2019.

Over the coming months we will be working with all our stakeholders to put in place plans for the school. This will be such an aspirational place to learn, and we will be building on all the good practice across the Trust to ensure that the education on offer is of the highest standard.

Our community will have a very important role in helping develop our plans. If you would like to receive information as we continue to shape the school, then please register your details by completing the form below.
